London & Partners joins forces with Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab

These services include Grow London Global, an export programme for scale-ups looking to expand overseas (eligibility criteria applies), access to the London ecosystem including investors and corporates, a community of like-minded founders, and support for international businesses looking to establish themselves in the UK capital.

Morgan Stanley’s successful in-house accelerator, which targets early-stage technology and technology-enabled companies, launched in the Americas in 2017 before expanding to EMEA in 2021 and has supported over 90 businesses. Each participating company is provided with a £250,000 cash investment, along with a five-month curated accelerator programme and access to mentorship, networking, external advisors, and office space for the duration of the programme, in exchange for an equity stake. This is part of Morgan Stanley’s ongoing commitment to promote financial inclusion and advance a more equitable investment landscape.

The suite of Grow London services will be available to companies that have been a part of the Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, effective immediately. This helps further strengthen the platform for these companies to scale their businesses.

Laura Citron, CEO of London & Partners said: “We’re delighted to be teaming up with Morgan Stanley on this initiative. Underrepresented founders need our support, and by combining our expertise in business growth with Morgan Stanley’s advisory and capital raising-capabilities, we’re all set to help these entrepreneurs really take off! London is home to some of the most incredible founders in the world, and the diversity of businesses and talent in the city is evident. I’m excited to build on this and look forward to meeting and supporting the entrepreneurs in the programme.”

Sanghamitra Karra, EMEA Head of Morgan Stanley Inclusive Ventures Lab said: “We are thrilled to join forces with Grow London and continue supporting our founders. This partnership strengthens our commitment to ensuring our founders thrive beyond our accelerator programme.”

London & Partners will initially support the 14 companies that have graduated from the programme and will also onboard the new 2024 cohort of up to 10 companies. Applications are now open until 15th March for the 2024 cohort, which starts in September. Learn more at www.morganstanley.com/msivl.
